Brian Cassell – CFO
Brian Cassell is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, human resources, information technology and supply chain. Brian has industry experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, and services, aligning well with CoreCentric Solutions business model.
Brian has over 25 years of experience building and leading teams in global organizations where he has been responsible for commercial support, financial reporting, information technology, pricing, shared services, SOX compliance and P&L management. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and business from Asbury University and earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Darrin Davidson – VP, Supply Chain
Darrin has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the areas of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Consumer Services. Darrin is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has held the positions of Senior Director – Consumer Products, Director – Parts Supply Chain, Director – Process Improvement, Region General Manager and Quality Manager with GE Appliance/Capital and Sears Holdings Corporation. In his early career, Darrin enjoyed the challenges and creative process of the automotive industry as an Engineer with Ford Motor.
A proud alum of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Darrin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University (GMI).

Joe Drake – VP, Strategy and Business Development
Mr. Drake, before joining CoreCentric Solutions, Inc., held a variety of positions during his 35 year career in the Product Quality and Service industry. Prior to joining CoreCentric Solutions, Mr. Drake held positions with LG Electronics which included Director of North American Quality and Service, where he assisted in bringing LG appliances into the U.S. Market place. As Regional Service Manager, he worked closely with the U.S. independent service network. Prior to LG, Mr. Drake held numerous service management positions including Director of Service for ABT Electronics, Product Engineer Manager for Sears Roebuck and Co, and National Technical Instructor at the Sears National Training Center.

Phil Ernst – VP, Sales
Phil joined CoreCentric Solutions in 2017, with over 20 years of experience in the home appliance and HVAC service parts industry. Phil was one of the founding members of Exact Replacement Parts in 2002, a leading supplier of Aftermarket Appliance Parts, where he acted as Vice President of Sales & Marketing until 2016. Phil holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Small Business Management from Northern Illinois University.

Tom Healy – President / CEO
Tom brings a wealth of experience to CoreCentric. His successful tenure at Turtle Wax included assignments as President of Consumer Products Worldwide and Chief Operating Officer. Over his 18-year career at Turtle Wax, Tom completed many strategic assignments, including as Interim President of the company’s EMEA region. Prior to joining CoreCentric, Tom served as President & CEO of Dyno LLC, an exclusive distributor of Singer sewing equipment, the largest such brand in North America.
Tom earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Boston University.

Ken Oda – VP, Technical Operations
Ken has oversight and leadership responsibility for Engineering, Quality and Remanufacturing Operations. These teams focus on product innovation, quality, operational improvements and improving profitability.
Prior to joining CoreCentric, Ken held Engineering Management, Research and Development, Product and Supply Chain Quality positions for Eaton Corporation, Woodward, Inc (Synchro Start Division). and Sears Holdings Corporation. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master’s Certification from the University of Wisconsin.

Nikos Papaioannou – VP, Strategy & Growth
Nikos joined CoreCentric Solutions in 2008 and has served the company in various management capacities including process development, operations, business development and strategy. He has been actively involved in developing innovative reverse logistics and asset recovery programs which have helped the company’s customers exceed their cost containment and sustainability goals. Throughout his tenure at CoreCentric Solutions, Nikos has delivered market-oriented, profitable solutions to product lifecycle and environmental problems.
Prior to joining CoreCentric, Nikos held supply chain and reverse logistics positions for the Hellenic Air Force and the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a M.Sc. in Management Science from Lehigh University and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
